We're Amaya and Eric, two ordinary people who gave up regular lives to become bicycle nomads and cycle around the world. Since 2006, our two-wheeled journey has taken us 120,000 kilometers through 93 countries on 6 continents.

Why support World Biking?
People donate for different reasons. Some give because they find our bike touring resources useful. Others donate because they have been inspired by our story. And some folks give just because they like our project and want to encourage us to keep on pedaling.
Where does the money go?
We live on a budget of around $500 per month. Your gift can help pay for extra costs like flight tickets or bicycle repairs. Some people specify that the money should be used for a special treat like a meal out.
How much should I give?
$5, $20, $100! Any amount is appreciated. We have enough money to finance our tour on a very limited budget, so if you’re strapped for cash, please don’t feel pressure to donate--we won't starve!
A little extra comfort would be nice from time to time--shoestring touring can get tiring.
